January is almost over! As we come towards the end of the first month of 2019, Visit Bristol has created a wonderful list of fun things to do in this brilliant city of ours….and they are all absolutely FREE!
I know that we’re not quite into spring yet and there is still definitely a distinctive winter chill in the air but when the sun is shining and we have these gorgeous crisp days, there is just so much on our doorstep for us to see and do… Museums and galleries, Clifton Suspension Bridge, street art, parks and gardens (did you know that we have over 400 outdoor spaces here in Bristol?!), spectacular free events, stunning coastlines and countryside within easy distance, sacred spaces or simply walking around the city – Visit Bristol has done it again and their full list of recommendations can be found here.
I’ve lived in Bristol for 5 years now and have still never been to the M Shed or aboard the Matthew – these are top on my list along with Bristol Cathedral which I’m dying to see inside and had no that they did touring exhibitions and music events. Arnos Vale, St James Priory, Trooper’s Hill…so much more to know and love about Bristol.
Look out February as we’ve got a lot to do…where will you all be going first?!
