In May 1990 Sarah Kenny started running the business from her spare bedroom with Peter Allen. The business moved just off the Clifton Triangle and then in 1995 we moved to our current premises on Regent Street and have been there ever since (apart from a 3 year move to Clifton Down Road while the North Contemporis development was built!)
The lettings industry has certainly changed over the last 25 years with many new regulations coming into force. This is something which the company has embraced and in 2009 we became members of ARLA. There are now 20 members of staff in total managing 750 properties. We believe that by being in one open plan office, we can continue to offer the professional friendly service we pride ourselves on.
Highlights of the last 25 years include moving back into brand new offices in 2006, certainly the most prominent office of any letting agents in Bristol! Other highlights have been winning the Sunday Times South West Letting Agency of the Year in 2013 and 2014 as well the ESTAs South West Letting Agency of the Year award in 2014.
