For the third year in a row, the popular Food Connections festival has returned to Bristol and is running for all of this week until Saturday 7th May.
A project of the Bristol Food Network, Food Connections is designed to offer inspiration and learning experiences for all participants and the aim is to transform the way we think about food.
Across the week, we will see a variety of feasts and banquets, lots of food discussions, cooking demos…and of course plenty of opportunity for tasting! The main hub of the festival is down on College Green but there will be markets dotted throughout the city also and a Food Trail which will offer discounts and promotions across over 70 of Bristol’s best independent food and drink venues.
And it’s not just great food that will be on offer! The Travelling Barn venue on College Green will be hosting live music from some of Bristol’s best loved bands too along with master-classes and workshops, all of which are free.
We are entering festival season Bristol, and this is a great one to get started with – make sure you don’t miss out!
