‘For the last 10 years Sarah Kenny have introduced really good reliable tenants for a flat that I rent in Clifton. Over that time there have been 6 tenants, each following on from the other within a matter of days which means I never have concerns about future occupancy when a tenancy comes to an end. The population in Clifton is pretty mobile so knowing S K will always quickly find a new tenant is very reassuring. That said, my last tenant was there for nearly 3 years. I also very much value the efficient service, always ringing back when they say they will, speedily taking up references, issuing the tenancy agreements on time, and making prompt payments etc’
