Fitness with Bristol’s best new personal trainer…

So, despite the snow and storms of a couple of weeks back, it is March and we are therefore officially into spring time! With the warmer weather hopefully on its way for summer and the evenings soon to be lighter we can begin thinking about upping our exercise game and what better way to do so than with the latest addition to the Starks Fitness team, Holly McCarthy.

Starks is a fitness facility found on the harbourside where the focus is really on supporting and assisting individuals in achieving their sporting goals – no matter what level you might be at. With HIIT sessions available every day from Monday to Saturday, calisthenics (gymnastic exercises to achieve bodily fitness – yes, I had to look up the meaning too!) and a whole range of therapy treatments, there is something for everybody and their personal trainers are second to none.

Holly has recently joined Starks and as well as being incredibly knowledgeable about all things fitness and nutrition, she is one of the nicest, most down to earth people you will ever meet.
