Bye Bye stuffy Standing Order – hello Direct Debit!!

We are moving with the times and also trying to make things easier for everyone by ditching the standing order on our managed properties in favour of the more efficient method of direct debit.
This means that:
*If the rent is increased we can amend it and the tenant doesn’t need to do anything, so this avoids the pain of them coming in just to pay the £25.00 extra or transferring it.
* If the last rent is a different amount as tenants are leaving early or paying for a few extra days, we can do it! No need for the tenants to worry about this when they are trying to pack etc.
* When the tenancy ends the rent payments should stop automatically! – No overpayments when you need the money for other things.
