For anybody that likes a good night at the cinema, the Bristol Film Festival is definitely not to be missed!
The festival has events running right up until New Year and is based on a concept which was created to make the cinema-going experience a memorable one.
Screenings include Silence of the Lambs in Averys’ cellars paired with wine tasting (glass of Chianti anyone?!), a series of horror movies inside of Redcliffe Caves, Cabaret at the Royal West of England Academy, Dr Jekyll & Mr Hyde at the Bristol Cathedral with a live organ accompaniment score and some brilliant on location showings too (The Italian Job in Bath’s Mini showroom, Some Like It Hot with drinks and canapés set inside of Bristol’s Aston Martin showroom, Elf, Miracle on 34th Street and Die Hard inside of a winter wonderland at the Passenger Shed and Jumanji at the Bristol Museum!)
Ticket prices vary and can all be booked online here by selecting the film you would like to see. With the autumn and winter evenings well and truly on their way back, this is a brilliant idea for an outing with friends and family – let’s get booked up!
