Happy New Year everybody…! Here’s to a happy and healthy 2017…

So, a new year begins and if any of you have over indulged over the festive period as I most definitely have, now is the time to get back into a routine and to fish those trainers out for a more healthy start to 2017.

We are a fairly healthy bunch here at Sarah Kenny but our favourite way of keeping fit by far is Kettlercise at Clifton College.  Now, I have been doing these classes for three years now and think it is safe to say that I am utterly addicted but they really are one of the best ways of keeping fit that I have found yet.

Classes last for an hour and are designed to work every muscle in the body (and they definitely do!). Over the course of each class you will cover a wide range of kettlebell exercises which vary from basic moves to more advanced techniques and they are ALL effective in burning those unwanted calories! The instructors are absolutely great and really fantastic at keeping you motivated week on week, the atmosphere is unlike any other class I’ve known and the results speak for themselves.

Sessions run daily from Monday – Thursday and times are listed on the Clifton College website so there are plenty of options with additional classes on Saturday mornings during school holidays too.
