As we all know, Bristol is a wonderfully green city with amazing green spaces throughout for us all to use, however, unbeknownst to everybody there is also a myriad of hidden gardens across to the city too…
There’s something quite magical about a garden tucked away in the middle of the hustle and bustle of life going on around it and that is why we are chuffed to hear that Green Squares and Secret Gardens are going to be opening up a number of gems in Clifton, Cliftonwood and Hotwells this coming weekend!
Over two days there will be a whopping twenty secret gardens open, not all of which are usually accessible to the public and tickets are only a bargain £5 – this will give you entrance to all gardens on both days as well as booklet, map, a tree trail for St Andrew’s churchyard and fab things to look out for on your travels (if you’re lucky there might be stalls selling cakes, plants…etc so you can nab yourself a treat on the way round too!)
Running on both Saturday and Sunday from 11.00am-5.00pm, what a lovely weekend to spend the scorcher of a weekend we have coming up. Check out GSSG’s website here for full details and get ready to see a beautiful side of Clifton you never imagined possible!
