How to spend a Saturday in Bristol when its cold but the sun is shining

So, it was a beautiful day last Saturday, so the OH suggested we go on a ferry trip along the river into the city centre and then hit St Nicks Market. What a wonderful way to see the city. In my 15 years in Bristol, I am ashamed to say that I have never been on a Ferry along the waterfront, but I would highly recommend it.

They zip up and down all day long and the only day that they don’t operate is Christmas Day. It’s very reasonably priced as well, so ideal for commuters.

St Nick’s Market as always was food heaven and then we did a trip up Gloucester Road as well.

Anyway this got me thinking, about other ‘must sees and do’s in Bristol’ that I have never done. So I am busy compiling a list as we speak. Are there any that anyone would recommend?

Let me know, I am ready for the challenge! Nothing to energetic though!

Well worth a special mention – stock with their goodies for an afternoon tea, however, I know that no one would believe that I have made them!
