A must-visit for any cider lovers, this unique bar is floating near Queens Square. The terrace and deck bar offers dreamy views of the floating harbour and Bristol’s Old City. The Clifton Lido
Quickly becoming a firm dining favourite for Clifton locals, the Lido is the only option for a poolside drink in the heart of the city. Dating back to 1849, the Lido offers us the chance to enjoy a dip in the heated pool and Jacuzzi, a massage or just an old-fashioned drink and nibbles at the bar.
The White Lion
On the other side of Clifton, The White Lion gives famous panoramic views of the Clifton Suspension Bridge. Offering one of the largest sun terraces in all of the South West, this bar is open throughout the summer and is a Sarah Kenny viewpoint favourite during the Bristol Balloon Fiesta.

A family-owned restaurant and bar, this is the perfect hangout for those looking to enjoy a drink in the sunshine while listening to live music, and there’s even 2 for 1 on cocktails Sunday – Thursday! Bristol Brewdog
On a mission to raise awareness about the wonders of craft beer, Bristol Brewdog brew all their drinks themselves. Experimenting with all different flavours, the creative names include Dead Pony Club and Jet Black Heart. Located on Baldwin Street near St Nick’s Market, customers can enjoy a homemade craft beer outside on the waterfront – a perfect stop for a post-work drink.
