There was a lot of love for Boston Tea Party in the Sarah Kenny office last week as the Clifton branch chose us to be their “Business of the week” and spoilt us with an unbelievable selection of food for the team to sample.
Now, I have always loved Boston’s Bristol roasted coffee (and I’m a fussy customer when it comes to my espresso!) but I have to say that I had never realised what a wonderful variety of dishes they have on their menu before. I am quite partial to a chocolate and raspberry flapjack occasionally (although I tend to force myself away from the cake counter more often than not to avoid an occasional treat becoming a dangerous weakness!) and for brunch I am usually creature of habit who veers towards a variety of eggs almost every time, however, on my next visit to this lovely local café I shall pay a lot more attention to the menu!
The breakfast menu (served all day) is of course fabulous and has something to offer whatever you may fancy but the mains, salads and sandwiches are well worth a look too. We tasted toasties, a wonderful selection of freshly made sarnies (the choice of tasty fillings available is outstanding) and cakes galore…what more can you ask for mid-week whilst at work?!
Drinks of course include every type of tea and coffee you could imagine but also milkshakes, smoothies and miniature versions of these for children too.
With everything made daily on site and from scratch, I can honestly say that Boston Tea Party has leapt into the front runners of my favourite places to eat in Clifton – thank you so much to all of the team and I look forward to seeing you again soon!
